1.1 This page together with other documents referred to in it, make up the terms and conditions on which we supply Days Out Cards, and you become a member of the Days Out Card programme. Further details regarding Days Out Cards and the club can be found on our website www.daysoutcard.co.uk . Please ensure you have read and understood these terms and conditions fully before buying a Days Out Card. By ordering a Days Out Card, you agree to these terms and conditions.

1.4 Days Out Card reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time and notice of this will be given on our website. Please note that you will be subject to the terms and conditions in force at any time during your membership term.
2. About us
2.1 Days Out Card is operated under Immat Ltd, company number 06290828 registered at: Wilkins Kennedy LLP, Templars House, Lulworth Close, Chandlers Ford, Hampshire, SO53 3TL. 3. The contract between you and us
4.1 After ordering a Days Out Card, you will receive an e-mail from us confirming your purchase. Your order constitutes an offer to us to become a member of the club. All orders are subject to acceptance and fraudulent checks by us, and confirmation of an accepted transaction will be by us posting you a Days Out Card. The contract between us will start once we have issued and posted your membership card. You must be legally capable and at least 18 years old to purchase a Days Out Card through our site.
4. Consumer rights
4.1 Days Out Cards are non refundable once issued and not transferrable.
4.2 For queries about your Days Out Card, please call us on 0333 5775150 Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm.
5. Availability and delivery
5.1 You will receive your Days Out Card and welcome letter within 14 days of purchase, unless there are exceptional circumstances. Days Out Cards and welcome letters are sent to the postal address provided at the time of purchase.
5.2 You are responsible for informing us if you do not receive your Days Out Card in this time period.
6. Price and payment
6.1 The price of a Days Out Card is as per the website at the time of purchase except in cases of obvious error. Prices are inclusive of VAT.
6.2 The cost for a replacement card if lost or damaged will be £6.
6.3 Prices are liable to change at any time, however the cost of the card at the time of our purchase will remain valid for your order.
6.4 We accept all debit, Maestro, Visa, Mastercard and American Express cards as method of payment.
7. Participating attractions and use of your Days Out Card
7.1 Participating attractions will offer their agreed deal on presentation of a Days Out Card. Attractions reserve the right to ask for additional identification on presentation of a Days Out Card. Days Out Cards are strictly non-transferable and can only be used by the cardholder.
7.2 Participating attractions may exclude various days and times of the week. In addition, they may exclude the Days Out Card offer at selected times of year such as Christmas or when an event is taking place. Please refer to individual attractions deal information on the website for further information surrounding exclusions.
7.3 Deals offered by attractions are only available to members who present a Days Out Card and the deals may not be available in conjunction with any other offer that the attraction may be running.
7.4 The expiry date of your Days Out Card will be printed on the card and attractions will check this upon presentation. Expired Days Out Cards will not be accepted and will be confiscated.
7.5 We will do our utmost to ensure the Days Out Card is up to date regarding deal information. Attractions can however withdraw from the programme or change their offer and Days Out Card are not liable for this.
7.6 Members will have the benefit of any additional attractions which join the club at a later date and any increase in availability of participating attractions.
8. Our liability
8.1 Days Out Card are not liable for any bad experience, loss of enjoyment or poor service received at any participating attraction. Days Out Card will not engage with any on-going dispute/issue between the cardholder and the attraction.
8.2 Days Out Card does not represent any of the participating attractions.
9. Written communication
9.1 It may be necessary to contact you in writing from time to time and this will be done by using the email address provided at the time of purchase. Should you amend your email address, it is your responsibility to inform us of this change.
10 Law and jurisdiction
10.1 This agreement shall be interpreted in accordance with the English law and subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
